Elizabeth WON Designer of the year for the state of Florida in 2005, besides winning Designer of the Year for Central Florida ’94, ’96, ’99 and '03 and other competitions. Robert placed 3rd for Designer of the Year for Central Florida in '03.

Our family has owned and operated the shop and will continue to work hard to keep our customers happy. We are also very proud to call many of those customers friends! A local delivery fee of $7.95 will be added to each order, for each address. (For deliveries outside our local delivery area, this fee may vary.)

U.S. orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.

We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.

Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.

We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.

Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

*** Hospice of the Comforter focuses on improving the quality of life for you or your loved one when faced with an incurable illness. Their goal is to keep patients where they are most comfortable, surrounded by their loved ones. We have the pleasure of providing the “house” with fresh beautiful flowers for patients & family to enjoy while there. Lizz is especially grateful for the care her father received while there before his passing and their support afterward. We are currently working on a recycling program to rearrange flowers after funeral services to be delivered & dispersed among patients to brighten their rooms. We’ll be able to provide this service with help thru the generosity of our customers and their family members.

*** Give Hope Foundation is a locally run charity that supports Boggy Creek Camp and other Orlando children’s charities. Annually they host a wonderful “Give Hope & Hold Em” poker Tournament in the spring and raise over $75,000 to divide between charities each year. This foundation was started by a group of college students looking to give back and they work hard to keep it going strong for the past 4 years. We provide them with all the flowers for their gala as well as attending this fun filled event that Lizz tries her best to beat Robert each & every year!

***New Hope for Kids mission is to support children & families grieving the death of a loved one and to grant wishes to children with life threatening illnesses in Central Florida. They are the largest independent grief support program & Central Florida’s oldest wish fulfillment organization. 93% of their revenue goes directly to program services. We provide them with gourmet baskets for board members & any of their floral needs at a discounted rate.
